ALAIN DUCASSE Formation & Conseil is made of more than 50 people, having all a passion for their job.

Our teams are made of 2 families: cooking and pastry professionals, who are trainers and consultants, and activity managers, who coordinate and manage daily our entire set of projects.

Most of trainers and consultants have previously worked in one of Alain Ducasse’s establishments and have chosen training or consulting to share their knowledge and live their passion in a different way.

Activity managers come from a business or a hotel-management school, they contribute to get an efficient project management, including budgets and resources. They ensure our recommendations take into account economic and marketing criteria.

Together, they are the great strength of d’ALAIN DUCASSE Formation & Conseil and they carry Alain Ducasse’s philosophy.
