« Licenciatura en Gastronomia Alain Ducasse Formation + Estacio » opening in Sao Paulo

Early march, Alain Ducasse Formation & Conseil and Brazilian university Estacio officially opened the « Licenciatura en Gastronomia » program in the new campus of Sao Paulo, fully dedicated to hospitality and culinary arts.

This new program, already existing in two Rio de Janeiro campuses, is the third opus of the ADF and Estacio partnership, created more than six years ago.  

Under the supervision of Executive Chef Sylvain Dalle, students will learn, in two years and a half, culinary arts basic techniques before specializing in different types of cuisine. Five of them will have the chance to be sponsored by prestigious Chefs such as the Brazilian Alex Atala or the French Laurent Suaudeau.
