Alain Ducasse Training Centre welcomes its new Director
After a hotel management school, Nicolas Bureau was sales representative for the caterer Potel & Chabot. He then entered the Group Flo as restaurant Operations Director during 6 years.
In 2001, he became Purchase, Operations and Quality Manager of Club Med World and then Managing Director of Club Med World Paris.
On the 1st july, he took his duties as Director of Alain Ducasse Training Center with the objective of developing business and make the Training Center become the specialist of professional training for the restaurant industry.
