Ducasse Institute Philippines Inauguration
We are pleased to announce the inauguration of the first Ducasse Institute outside of France, hosted by Enderun Colleges in Manilla – Philippines.
This step is the outcome of a successful partnership which has been effective for several years. Today, Ducasse Institute Philippines provides training programs in culinary arts co-developed by Ducasse Education and the local teams under the high standards and rigor requirements we share.
Enderun colleges thus becomes a member of the Ducasse Education network and assumes its regional role in sharing our vision and know-how with all those willing to strengthen their culinary skills, with a single motto in mind: Excellence in Practice.
