			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Early march, Alain Ducasse Formation &amp; Conseil and Brazilian university Estacio officially opened the « Licenciatura en Gastronomia » program in the new campus of Sao Paulo, fully dedicated to hospitality and culinary arts.</p>
<p>This new program, already existing in two Rio de Janeiro campuses, is the third opus of the ADF and Estacio partnership, created more than six years ago.  </p>
<p>Under the supervision of Executive Chef Sylvain Dalle, students will learn, in two years and a half, culinary arts basic techniques before specializing in different types of cuisine. Five of them will have the chance to be sponsored by prestigious Chefs such as the Brazilian Alex Atala or the French Laurent Suaudeau.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Marrakech, November the 2nd, The “Campus Universitaire Privé du Maroc” and “Alain Ducasse Formation” signed an agreement ]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Marrakech, November the 2<sup>nd</sup>, The “<em>Campus Universitaire Privé du Maroc”</em> and “<em>Alain Ducasse Formation”</em> signed an agreement in the presence of the company Serenity Education &amp; Training in order to create an Institute of Culinary Arts in Marrakech.</p>
<p>The Institute will offer a 3-year higher education program that fits the needs of professionals of the restaurant industry. The students will learn the different cuisines of the world, and especially the Moroccan cuisine, which will be revisited. The young graduates who have studied international techniques will thus find good positions within the fast growing hospitality and restaurant industries.</p>
<p>The Institute is to open in 2012 and will be operated by the <em>Campus Universitaire Privé du Maroc</em>, which already operates in Marrakech the largest private Hospitality and Management University of the country<em>. Alain Ducasse Formation</em> will create and support the implementation of the educational program.</p>

Today, more than 800 students attend the associate degree in culinary arts created by ADFC, on two campus in Rio de Janeiro. In two years and a half, they learn the basic techniques of the culinary arts before applying them to different types of cuisine.</p>
<p>In February 2011, the &#8220;licenciatura en gastronomia ADF&#8221; will open in Sao Paulo, in a brand new campus dedicated to hospitality and the culinary arts, that can host more than 2000 students.</p>

This emotional ceremony ended the second edition of the intensive French pastry program specially built for non French students. Students house on the campus, lessons are taught exclusively in English and by three different skills levels to make the teaching more efficient. For the second time, this program has been a success thanks to its length and its practical dimension. Registration for next edition opens in January 2011.</p>
