With over 10 years experience acquired it its own establishments, ALAIN DUCASSE Formation & Conseil offers universities, private hospitality schools and other major education courses, dedicated training programs under the license of ALAIN DUCASSE FORMATION.
Our intervention breaks into 3 steps:

Creation of a cooking and patisserie education program

ALAIN DUCASSE Formation & Conseil relies on the technical know-how of its teams to elaborate modern and professional education programs which focus on international cuisine and patisserie. These programs take into account the specificities of the countries in which they are developed and can be both graduate (Associate degree, Bachelor degree, master degree) or nongraduate programs (Certificate program).

Teachers’ training
- Selection of an executive chef responsible for the implementation of the program locally

In order to ensure the success of the program as well as an efficient transmission of our knowhow, ALAIN DUCASSE Formation & Conseil selects an Executive Chef who is responsible for supervising and implementing the program on site.
ALAIN DUCASSE Formation & Conseil chefs also deliver training sessions to the teachers responsible for delivering the programs.

Monitoring and quality
- Year long assistance
- Courses are audited twice a year
ALAIN DUCASSE Formation & Conseil constantly monitors the evolution of the program thanks to regular contacts with the chefs on site and carries out a bi-annual audit to monitor the quality of the education and the level of students’ satisfaction.
Today, to partner universities already offer our educational programs within their establishments: Enderun in Philippines and Estacio de Sa in Brazil.
Shorter term partnership also exist, they consist in seminaries of one week or more at schools or universities during which ALAIN DUCASSE Formation & Conseil Chefs carry out trainings or cooking demonstrations.
Education programs setting up and management is one of our strategic axis of development abroad. To give access to French know-how in cooking or pastry is for us a duty as well as a pleasure to share or passion.
