ALAIN DUCASSE Formation & Conseil signed a partnership with Enderun Colleges in 2007 to develop a new culinary program aimed at students in the Philippines. The program was launched in June 2008 after a year of preparation. Set in a brand new campus, students are discovering the world of international cuisine and can experiment in the school’s application restaurant.
