Since 2001, we offer cooking courses to passionate amateurs, beginners or advanced, looking to learn the techniques used by professionals. Classes take place in the heart of Paris in a warm and friendly environment and are run by chefs who have worked with Alain Ducasse
Courses take place during the day or in the evening, and are offered with two levels so that beginners and advanced learn with pleasure. Many themes are proposed – Alain Ducasse’s cuisine, health cuisine, small bites for children, pastry, wine tasting,…- and evolve with the seasons.
The place, thought to perfectly fit amateurs courses, comprises 4 kitchens with domestic equipment, a wine tasting cellar and a shop.
But it is also a place for companies: a meeting room, filled with natural light, can host meetings and seminaries, along with cooking courses if you feel like cooking. The school can also be half or fully privatized to organize gala, parties…in an original and exceptional place in the heart of Paris.
