The Alain Ducasse institute is exceptionally located on the Monte-Carlo harbor. In 2011, it will open its campus doors to professionals around the world wishing to unroll into high quality training programs and adults who are changing career path.

Most classes will be taught in English to satisfy a global audience.

Long and short term programs will include Education for professional reconversion and professional training sessions for working professionals. Themes will include culinary arts, wine management and culinary environment management.

The place, spread over 1500m², will comprise 4 kitchens, 1 demonstration amphitheatre, 1 preparation kitchen and 1 wine cellar.

Opening is planned in 2011.
