Alain Ducasse training center mostly welcomes chefs and sous-chefs from restaurants, hotels or catering companies. Training sessions may also take place on site, inter or intra-companies.

Alain Ducasse training center also offers a special program dedicated to adults seeking a professional reconversion. During 14 weeks, they learn cooking basis and acquire techniques and know-how which will enable them to open their own restaurant.
